Shipping & Returns
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options possible, starting with free standard shipping on all orders over $45 USD. Our fulfillment department works Monday through Friday (not including holidays), and orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from receipt. For all orders under $45, we charge a flat rate of $8.99 for standard, first-class shipping via the USPS or FedEx. All standard shipped items take approximately 3 business days to deliver from the time the items leave our warehouse.
Currently, we only ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Because we want you to be completely satisfied with your Cleo products, we offer you the opportunity to return any item in its original packaging and unopened, within 14 days of the purchase date. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days from the date of your purchase. A Cleo Customer Care team member will personally address your request.
What to expect: Once your return is received, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt. As long as the product(s) is/are unopened and in the original packaging, we will process your refund. The credit (cost of the item(s), less shipping, which is non-refundable) will then be applied to the original credit card you used for the purchase. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the returned item(s).

Please note that Cleo does not accept partial returns for the Period Performance Kit or our bundles.If you receive a damaged item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll ask that you provide your order number, name, and a picture of the damaged item. And then a Cleo Customer Care member will happily take care of this issue for you.
